Apalis Safaris Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any services with Apalis Safaris. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website, by email, or via authorized agents.

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 30 days before departure.

Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

3. Changes by Apalis Safaris

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, accommodation, or transportation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, availability).

If we must cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers.

Your insurance must cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal injury, and baggage loss.

5. Visas and Entry Requirements

It is your responsibility to obtain valid travel documents (passport, visas).

Apalis Safaris is not responsible for denied entry or visa issues.

6. Health and Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

We may refuse participation if we believe health or safety is at risk.

7. Liability

Apalis Safaris shall not be liable for injury, death, damage, delay, or loss during the tour, except in cases of proven negligence.

We are not responsible for acts of God, government actions, or delays caused by third-party providers.

8. Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully toward guides, staff, other travelers, and local communities.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour without refund for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control (natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics).

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.

Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
